Thoughtful staff and good old hotel.
Well decorated and bright units with available in the Lounge Bar. Easy to get to, stunning and magnificent location close enough to Melbourne, the Grande's cafe opens and Hepburn Springs👍

The setting was magnificent, really close to the Grande's cafe opens, the garden and Hepburn Springs. It also was in the middle of the city.

This place is wonderful old and the staff are amiable. I have stayed in the studio suite with a sofa bed, central heating, and TV. The hotel offers variety of food that was yummy.

Large bedroom. Great location in the middle of the city, party atmosphere. Based really close to the Grande's cafe opens, Hepburn Springs, and the ocean.

The room we stayed in was lovely and had a beautiful view. The location of the hotel was great too, as it was near many local cafes and shops. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries.
We had to wait a long time to be checked in and there was no one at the front desk to assist us when we had questions. The breakfast was lackluster and not worth the price.
